Food Photo: Thai Boiled Vegetables in Coconut Cream

This southern Thai vegetable dish is variety of boiled green vegetables smothered in thick coconut cream.
The vegetables can either be eaten as is, or preferably dipped in a some kind of nam prik chili sauce.

May I correct it a bit?
Traditionally, the boiled vegetables that accompanied Nam prik ka pih are dressed in coconut milk. However, coconut milk makes it easily spoiled, and it added extra steps in preparation. So, most street vendors omit the coconut milk long time ago the younger generations are not familiar with it.
How the southerners still does it the old way? I’m yet to find that out too!
