While I love just about all fruits, I especially love passion fruit. It’s tart, somewhat sweet, and it’s filled with passionate flavor; It’s the secret to Bangkok’s best fruit shake.

In northern Thailand, passion fruit is a lot more commonly available than in Bangkok.
