I have to admit, I didn’t actually eat this one, mainly because I walked past it at Bang Nam Pheung floating market after I had just finished a snacking meal feast.

However, the aroma coming off this pork put me into a trance. I could detect lemongrass and ginger as it sizzled away on the grill. I still regret not getting a few pieces to sample…
