One of my favorite Thai desserts is something known as bua loy nam khing, which is black sesame filled dumplings swimming in sweet ginger water.

If you’re ever in Yaowarat Chinatown, be sure to stop by this dessert stall for a great bowl of bua loy nam khing.

The stall and dessert is also featured on the Chinatown Bangkok video.
