Kua Kling Curry

Not all curries in Thailand are wet.

Kua Kling (คั่วกลิ้งหมู), normally made from beef or pork, is a dry curry that’s packed full of delicious flavor. Image the entire amount of flavor from a saucy curry caked up on each piece of pork!

Basically, if you eat southern Thai food, you can’t miss a tasty plate of kua kling (คั่วกลิ้งหมู)!
