Khao pad goong can be tasty, but in my opinion, no other form of fried rice can top Khao Pad Boo (crab fried rice ข้าวผัดปู).

Make sure you drizzle your crab fried rice with fresh lime juice and pile on a few scoops of prik nam pla (fish sauce with chillies).
