The Charm Dining Gallery (เดอะฌาร์ม)

Located in a restored Chinese shophouse in Phuket Town, The Charm Dining Gallery (เดอะฌาร์ม) specializes in Chinese Malay (Peranakan) food. The owner serves recipes from his family, that has Peranakan roots in both Phuket and Penang, and uses plenty of fresh Phuket seafood. The Peranakan fish head curry (แกงปลาตู้มี้) is a must eat, and I also really love their version of Phuket style braised pork (moo hong หมูฮ้อง), and stink beans with crab (ปูผัดสะตอ).
