Along with Larb Moo, Nam Tok Moo (น้ำตกหมู) is one of the popular Isaan Thai dishes to eat along with som tam and sticky rice.
The pork is lightly grilled, mixed with a host of herbs and spices and dressed in lime juice and fish sauce.
