Far from making the list of top healthy Thai dishes, khao moo tod is basically a handful of pork that’s deep fried with garlic and soy sauce. It’s then placed over a plate of rice and served with an optional fried egg. The greasy meal is such a delicious treat when it comes piping hot!

    Do you serve this with a condiment ex. nampla prik?

      Hey N. Yes, this would normally be served with prik nam pla, chili’s and fish sauce.

    That looks really delicous. I now copy the Asian thing of topping a meal with a fried egg.

      Yeah, when it’s just a little runny it’s great on any not number of hot dishes!
