After dinner one night at Smith Resaturant on Sukhumvit 49, I was admiring the Baked Alaska dessert the waiter had just put down. Then another staff member walks up and sets it on fire!

I didn’t have time to get the camera settings ready, but was able to get a few snaps off in time for you to enjoy.

Smith’s version of baked Alaska is not only beautiful, but delicious and filled with passion fruit ice cream.
