The combination of herbs, raw leafy veggies, fried fish, soft rice noodles and the magical fiery chili sauce makes Miang Pla Too (เมี่ยงปลาทู) one of my personal favorite Thai dishes.

Hey Murray, it’s a Thai seafood sauce, similar to https://www.eatingthaifood.com/2015/07/thai-seafood-sauce-recipe/ but sometimes there are crushed peanuts added as well. Enjoy!
